CCBill is a third party billing system; similar to PayPal. The company has been in business since 1998 and is recognized as a trusted leader by the merchants who use the service to securely process payments and customers who know that their information, transactions and purchases are safe. CCBill is currently processing payments for more than 30,000 websites worldwide. Most of the adult sites work with CCBill.
We at arlynoir do not store any of your credit card information locally, nor do we have access to the full number on your card.
Please contact https://support.ccbill.com/ through live chat feature available on the support page so that they can try to approve your pending transaction.
Please be advised that there is no need for us to issue a refund. Any pending charges that you might be seeing are just a pre-authorization hold on your funds; these funds will never be collected by CCBill.com, and the pre-authorization should fall of from your bank statement in 3-5 business days.
You can self cancel by viewing your Account or payment history page.
Clicking the word “Cancel” will bring up a box asking you to confirm the cancellation.
After cancellation, as you view information about your account, you’ll see a message stating that you cancelled your subscription.
Memberships processed through CCBill can also self-cancel at the CCBill CCBill Consumer Support Portal. Memberships processed through Epoch can self-cancel on this page.
If you have difficulty with any of the above methods, please contact our Customer Support team, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Upon successful cancellation of an account, you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address used during sign-up. If you can’t find this email in your inbox, try checking your email account’s spam folder. If you haven’t received the confirmation email or you don’t have access to the email address on file, send us an email and we’ll verify the cancellation.
Monthly memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled.
Six months membership is billed once.
Annual membership is billed once.
In order to obtain your password, you must go to login page and click on the “Forgot Password?” link. You will then be asked to provide the email address you used to join the site with. Once completed, your password will be e-mailed back to you. If you aren’t receiving your password via email, be sure to check your email account’s spam folder.
The charges will appear discreetly on your card statement. The descriptor varies depending on which biller your membership is processed through. For specific information about your membership, please contact our Customer support.
Please contact CCBill Consumer Support Center. You can find your subscriptions there, and update your card information from within their platform.
To subscribe to our free newsletter, look for the GET FREE PROMO NUDES VIA EMAIL form in the site footer, and enter your email address or you can activate ‘Newsletter’ check-box in your Account.
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, email promotions, etc, you can click the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also deactivate ‘Newsletter’ check-box in your Account.

Our Customer Care team is always glad to assist you with any issue that you may have. While we do close twice a year to allow our staff to celebrate holidays with their families, someone is on hand every other day of the year to help. Tickets are answered in order of priority. That means that a ticket with a login issue will take priority over a ticket asking us to identify a model.
Typically, you can expect a response within 24 hours, though your problem will often be resolved faster than that. Issues that require escalation to the Customer Care Supervisor or to a developer require additional time.
If you have waited more than 24 hours to receive a response from a member of our Customer Care team, it is likely that your mail provider is filtering out our responses. The recommended course of action is to use our ticketing system. It allows you to login and see all tickets that you have sent in, and our responses.
